Introducing the Business Computer Support package, designed to keep your computers running smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis through preventative maintenance. At 1st Line Support, we provide proactive support to ensure any changes or issues are dealt with before they become major problems.

Our team offers help and support to both you and your staff, ensuring your machines are up-to-date with the latest software and drivers to increase their overall speed. You can rely on us to keep your machines running and updated so that you can focus on running your business.

For just £35 per month for workstations and £80 per month for servers, our team will provide you with an hour of updates for your system each month, and you will receive a reduced price of £60 per hour for any additional work required.

We provide remote support for your convenience, with on-site support available at £60 per hour, or for an extra £30 per hour of remote support outside of the normal contract. We ensure your Anti-Virus software is up-to-date and scanning correctly, so you can have peace of mind knowing your systems are protected.

Our minimum contract period is one year, and our opening hours are from 9am to 11pm. Additionally, we offer a free secondary backup and 1 hour per month per machine, with two free hours for the server. Travel fees are just £30 per hour, less the first hour.
