MacOS Catalina App Store and Photo issues
After upgrading a MacBook Pro to MacOS Catalina, both the App Store and Photo's, got stuck. Reading up about this, there were various suggestions, however, none of them worked.
Sometimes, the simplest solutions are the best, so create a new user and login to iCloud. Everything will come together.
There will be some information retained from the upgrade process in the original account, that obviously caused a few issues. A fresh account will not have this information stored.
